Log into Ganaz
First, ensure that you're using the email address associated with your Ganaz admin account that your Customer Success Manager provided you.
If you try to log in and see a “Wrong e-mail or password” message, your admin account may have been deactivated.
Please Note: If you've forgotten your password, on the login page, type in your email, click Continue, and then click Forgot my password. Learn more about how to reset your password. Once you log in, the session will remain open until you click on the Logout tab.
To log into Ganaz:
Go to app.ganaz.com
Enter an email address, click on Continue
Enter your password
