Rehire employees
We have launched a new functionality in our Hiring Tool: Rehire on mobile. You are now able to search for a person already on Ganaz and complete a new hiring packet for them. This process preserves the employee’s previous information such as employee ID, phone number, etc making the process:
Faster: You can use previous information and skip some data inputs.
Accurate: Use employee IDs already on your payroll system to avoid conflicting information.
In order to take full advantage of this functionality, you will need to follow these steps:
Make sure you have the latest version of the Ganaz ID Scanner by going to the App Store or Google Play and click on “Update”.
Upload your worker database. Download your people from payroll and format them using this template and let us know when you are ready to upload them to Ganaz. You’re not going to get charged to add them. Only if you hire, rehire, train, text, or survey an individual you will get charged the annual per-individual fee you agreed upon (We’ll upload your people as Do Not Contact so you can decide when to make them active).
